Privacy

ProducePak will never share your companies information with any other party unless it is necessary to verify credit credentials, perform support or maintenance, design new features on behalf of your company, process a payment from you via credit card or telegraphic transfer , use the name of your company and city and any quotes you provide in marketing materials. One selected staff memeber will be notified via email when new releases are made available, if you are stupid enough to opt out of this mailing list, please contact info@producepak.com to unsubscribe (note you will no longer receive upgrades if you do this). All credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. All credit card transactions are performed over SSL encryption to ensure confidentiality.


Terms & Conditions

ProducePak provides a response to support requests within 1 business day (or faster, depending on the level of service you have purchased). ProducePak will deliver (via email) to the client any software required usually within 24 hours, and always before processing payment if paying by credit card. ProducePak will never provide physical copies of materials such as CD Roms, and printed manuals; all of these materials will be made available to the client via email or URL download. You may make as many copies or backups of the software installers as you like, however, you may not give the software (installers or installed files) to any other party. You may not sell your ProducePak license to any other party. You agree to the EULA that is displayed during the installation process, if your ProducePak partner has installed the software for you, you can find a copy of the EULA in c:/program files/producepak/server/license.txt (or similar); if you disagree with the EULA please contact PrdocuePak for a refund (refund terms as outlined below apply).



Refund Policy

Refunds are available from ProducePak where the following conditions are met:
* All refunds are paid in US dollars.
* Visa/MasterCard: Credit Cards: see the Terms and Conditions provided by Visa or Mastercard, ProducePak does not control these terms and conditions, and therefore, ultimately is not responsible for publishing them.
* For a 100% refund on a single credit card payment (and where the above can be superseeded legally): you must contact ProducePak within 48 hours of making a payment or receiving an automatic credit card bill (where you have pre-approved payment) to receive a refund. This refund is applicable only where you can show that the product delivered is defective. "I changed my mind", or "we cant afford it now" are not a legitimate reason for a refund where we have already entered into a purchase contract (being via your credit card purchase). (Mistaken (where you did not authorise) billing is obviously refunded regardless).
"Request for Refund" on the outside of the envelope, your letter should contain the date your Telegraphic Transfer was sent, the sending banks reference number and the beneficiary banks reference number. The letter must be received by ProducePak within three days of the original Telegraphic Transfer. These rules are enforced strictly, and as a generalisation, there is no refund for telegraphic transfers.
* Training, Installation, Consulting & Other consultancy based or man power based services: when you accept the time and date of a consultancy related service, you agree to make available resources to fully utilize said services, if you do not, then you will forfeit the services, and you will still have to pay for them, since the consultant has booked time for your exclusive use. There are no refunds on consultancy based services, travel, accommodation, and any special expenses incurred by consultants on your behalf.
* Outside the terms and conditions listed above, ProducePak will generally not provide a refund for anything; as a condition of purchasing ProducePak software, you have agreed that you have performed a due diligence research on the ProducePak software and found it suitable (or suitible enough) for your requirements; this information was conveyed to you prior to your purchase.
